So what is Blusion® for World Fusion?

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for asking. We’re a group of musicians from Sonoma County California and our band is Blusion®. We are professional players of diverse talents and interests and we share a common goal. To create and perform high quality relevant music and to share and use that music to encourage and empower people to stand up, speak out and unite in building a just society. To this end we have created a sibling entity, which we call Blusion® for World Fusion.

BFWF is an organization established to create functional bonds with other activist organizations and individuals and to work together in strengthening the movement toward social responsibility, equality and peace. We are working to build partnerships aimed at creating events and projects in which activism, information sharing, education, social and environmental responsibility and community organizing are daily life activities and as such are joined with entertainment and the bountiful pleasures of life itself.

It seems clear that human survival and prosperity in the coming years will require social unity to build new systems of government, health care, energy infrastructure, education, culture, economics, racial relations, and peace. This will likely require a radical restructuring of our priorities, attentions and lifestyles.

The domestic and international political, social and ecological situation is dire, but humans have the potential to be wildly creative. The time is now to tap into that pool of creativity, to redefine our values, to implement solutions, and to realize and unleash the power of the people.

As a unified society the insurmountable can be overcome and a vision of peace, justice and equality can be realized. We are interested in hearing from other organizations, musicians, artists, activists, and like-minded people to explore ideas and actions aimed at broadening social awareness and daily life participation in areas of localizing economies, environmental sustainability, alternative economic systems, renewable energy investments, localizing food production, single payer health care for all, promoting racial equality, radically reducing fossil fuel dependency and of course direct political and anti-war activism.
